 The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management👩🏻‍🍳 3rd year students had the privilege of listening to the inspiring Ms. Ara Mae A. Macalalad—the McDonald's (Balayan) Department Manager as she shared her valuable insights on "Managing Multicultural Workplace and Practicing Professional Coaching" seminar shedding light on the importance of embracing the differences and creating an inclusive environment. She is a graduate of BSHM at STI College Balayan and a former COL Project Coordinator and FIHMS former Vice President and Secretary. 💙🌟
