Balancing work in a pharmacy while studying wasn’t easy

Balancing work in a pharmacy while studying wasn’t easy—but Maia Flores pushed through. With the help of STI Balayan’s strong foundation in business management and the value of time and confidence, she transformed her passion into a growing brand.

Today, she runs Make-up by Maia Flores and Maia Flores Photography, using the same principles she learned in school to stay ahead of the game.

As a varsity athlete and student leader, balancing academics, training, and leadership wasn’t easy

As a varsity athlete and student leader, balancing academics, training, and leadership wasn’t easy. But Coralyn turned every challenge into a lesson in strength, discipline, and self-leadership.

STI didn’t just prepare her for a career—it shaped her character. And though her path eventually led to a different profession, the values she gained continue to guide her forward. Because success isn’t just about grades—it’s about growth, grit, and grace.

Anne Margarett D. Alday chose STI for its academic excellence

Anne Margarett D. Alday chose STI for its academic excellence—and found so much more. As president of BS Information Technology Organization- The Young Computer Programmers Association, she discovered her leadership potential. When she faced failure in her thesis, she didn’t give up—she came back stronger.

Now working as a Hospital and Healthcare I.T. Support, Anne carries the lessons of resilience, commitment, and growth she learned at STI Balayan. Her journey proves that setbacks can lead to powerful comebacks.

Another feather in the cap of excellence!
